Cultural attache of the British Council visited TNU
On 27 April 2012 cultural attache of the British Council paid a visit to TNU.
During the visit the esteemed guest met with the rector of Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University , visited the museum of rare books and learned about the research and academic potential of the university.

Українська International seminar on "Media and Politics in a democratic society: the German and Ukrainian experience"
From 1 to 10 May a group of students of the Faculty of Philosophy Department "Political Science" of Taurida National University were in Berlin and were taking part in an international seminar on "Media and Politics in a democratic society: the German and Ukrainian experience." The seminar was organized by the Humboldt University in conjunction with Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Competition "Green Talents" is carried out in 2009 under the patronage of
Federal Minister for Education and Research, Germany, prof. Annette
Chavannes, and is aimed at young scientists working in the field

From 18 to 20 April 2012 in Simferopol in the framework of the festival of science at Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University a fair for innovative technologies supported by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the ARC was held.

On 20 April 2012 a roundtable discussion on "Internationalization of innovation and science - international projects and programs" in the framework of "Days of Science at TNU" was held in auditorium 130 Building A at Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University.
Roundtable on "Energy-efficient Crimea"
On 25 April 2012 a round table discussion on "Energy-efficient Crimea" was held in auditorium 130 Building A at Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University. The meeting took place during a visit of a delegation of eight mayors from the Republic of Macedonia to the Crimea.

On 19 April 2012 with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the ARC a round table "The competitiveness of the region: innovation, investment and partnership" was held in auditorium 130 at Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University.

the National Academy of Sciences, Professor, Doctor of Geographical Sciences, welcomed the participants of the roundtable.
